Bicester Town Council has been advised that Thames Valley Police has served Travellers who set up an unauthorised encampment at Whitelands Farm Sports Ground earlier this week with a Sec 61 Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 notice to leave by 1530hrs Friday 18th May 2018.
