Calendar of meetings and AGENDA/MINUTES.
Please note the below additional information about Bicester Town Council Meetings:
- All meetings commence at 7.00pm unless otherwise stated;
- Other than the Annual Meeting of the Council, meetings will take place in the Council Chamber at The Garth, Launton Road, Bicester;
- Changes to meeting dates, times and venue may occasionally occur, the Chief Officer has the authority to cancel or rearrange meeting dates and venue if required;
- Working Party, Task and Finish Groups and Sub-committee meetings will be convened as required.
Purpose of the Committees
- To confirm the minutes from all committees, sub-committees and working parties;
- To confirm and adopt work from partnerships and matters that affect Bicester as a whole;
- Anything passed from Committees for further discussion by the whole Council;
- Conference and training reports;
- Discussion on national polices and guidance.
Personnel
- All matters relating to Bicester Town Council employees.
Working Party Meetings
- Working party meetings have members other than Councillors also on the group.
- Bicester Events - to arrange Town events and the Christmas lighting evening on an annual basis
Traffic Advisory
- To discuss all traffic and traffic management issues, new road layout, housing estates etc for Bicester.
