This is the Annual Meeting for the registered electors of the parish of Bicester, hosted by Bicester Town Council for residents to put forward their questions, comments and queries to their Council.
It is not a Town Council Meeting, it is a public meeting called by the Mayor as Chairman of the Council and is a chance for members of the public to ask any questions of the Council and receive updates on the Council’s activities over the previous year. It is usually attended by Councillors from town, Cherwell District and Oxfordshire County Councils.
