All prices exclusive of VAT Council Chamber: Commercial – £32.00 per hour Partner Organisations – £21.00 per hour Voluntary Groups £6.00 per hour (max 3 hours) Members Room: Commercial – £16.00 per hour Partner Organisations – £11.00 per hour Voluntary – £6.00 per booking (max 3 hours) Other Items: Projector and Screen – £6.00 per booking

Catering Facilities – We have no catering facilities. However, you are welcome to bring your own prepared food or have food delivered but we do ask that you clear away all leftovers before you leave the premises Internet Access – Wi-Fi is available on request Telephone – There is no public telephone available for use at The Garth. Toilets – There are toilets (including a toilet for disabled people) on the ground floor of The Garth.

1. Keys for the Gate, Front door and Chamber are in a black box on the front gate. The code is available from the office. 2. No decorations to be fixed in any part of the structure of the building. 3. Intoxicating liquor is not to be sold at any function nor can a bar licensee provide facilities. 4. Meetings to take place during these times: Monday to Thursday 9am – 5pm, Friday 9am – 4pm and no weekends. 5. The hirer to be liable for the cost of any damage caused to the premises during the period of hire. 6. If providing your own catering please ensure you remove all leftovers and rubbish. 7. Bicester Town Council support Fairtrade products and we ask you to please support Fairtrade. Note: All of the above are conditional for all room bookings.
