Temporary Traffic Regulation Notice – S14 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Oxfordshire County Council has been informed of a temporary emergency Parking Bay Suspension & No Loading Restriction on the Market Square whilst a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is needed to widen footpaths to ensure Social Distancing guidelines (COVIC-19 issue) are met for pedestrians in certain areas of Market Square, Bicester.
A temporary Emergency Notice is being made to implement the temporary closure and will operate from 17/06/2020.
The anticipated completion date is 08/07/2020 (full time restriction 24hrs each day).
Access will be maintained for emergency service vehicles and for those frontages within the closure area, subject to the progress of the works and liaison with the works supervisor.
