An update from Highways England.
Week Commencing 15th June 2020
Planned Works – We are planning on continuing drainage installation. CCTV and
GPS surveys will be undertaken on existing drainage system to ensure operating
with efficiency.
Prepare kerbs and footways in advance of carriageway resurfacing operations
that commence on Monday 22nd June 2020.
The planned weekend full closure of the North bound M40 Junction exist slip and
the A43 entry slip to the M40 Northbound is still very much on target and will commence 21.00 hours on Friday 26th June 2020 and complete during the
afternoon/evening Sunday 28th June 2020. During this weekend, major
carriageway reconstruction will take place to Ardley Roundabout.

• Monday 15th June to Friday 19th June 2020
Overnight closure of M40 North Bound link from A43 between 20:00 hours
and 06:00 hours
• Monday 22nd June to Thursday 25th June 2020
Overnight closure of M40 North Bound link from A43 between 20:00 hours
and 06:00 hours
• Friday 26th June 2020 to Sunday 28th June 2020
Full M40 North Bound Link from A43 carriageway closure between 21:00
Friday and 23:59 hours Sunday
• Monday 29th June 2020 to Friday 3rd July 2020
Overnight closure of M40 North Bound link from A43 between 20:00 hours
and 06:00 hours
