New facilities in Garth Park

We know the toilets in Garth Park are dreadful.  We want to provide new ones, and also, while we are at it, provide a much needed café in the park too.  So, we are now looking for Expressions of Interest to partner with us to design and build,  or design, build and manage such a facility.
