The Garth Park will be closed on Christmas day only and is open for use all other days of the year; Bicester’s open play areas and other green spaces will remain open and will be available for public use on Christmas day.
The town council offices will be closed from Thursday 24 December and will re-open on Monday 4 January 2021.
