This year celebrates 15 years since the Carnival returned to be part of the Bicester Town Council Summer Events programme. If you would like to join us on Saturday 27th June with a stall, join in with the fun of the procession or even book a spot in the arena, all the forms you need are below.

All of the above papers need to be returned to Bicester Town Council Offices by no later than 12 Noon Friday 15 May 2015.
Please note that places are limited and so we deal on a first come and first served basis.
